Hurricane Helene Support: Where you can donate

As you likely know, Western North Carolina suffered catastrophic flooding due to Hurricane Helene.

Asheville is my home and community and has been for the last 8 years. It’s devastating to see our favorite neighborhoods and businesses wiped out, and absolutely heartbreaking to know how it’s impacted every single individual in the process. Many in Asheville are still without power, and it will likely be weeks or longer before we have running water available.

Many of my friends near and far have reached out to check-in and have graciously wanted to extend their support in some way, so I’m including links below if you’re interested in donating to one of these organizations.

I will continue to add to this as I learn of more initiatives supporting the relief. Thank you all!!

All donations will go into a fund for BRRD members in need. It's been a harrowing few days while we've waited to hear from our teammates who live all over Buncombe County and WNC, as most of us have been cut off from reliable forms of communication.
